You can then dial exactly the same way as you do it in the United States (i.e. your PIN and then the phone number: 1+area code+ number+# for US calls, 011+country code+area(city) code+number+# for international calls). This service is especially convenient for travellers staying in foreign hotels, where they can save a lot of money on the surcharges that would otherwise be posted to their phone bill by the hotel, by taking advantage of Telenet's access numbers in these countries.
